Hey there,

Sorry for the late response. 

Please delete the existing settings file from this location: 

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

This should resolve the problem.

I have the Same Problem. I deleted it ans nothing changed what should i do
