Hey there,

Sorry for the late response.

Please delete the existing settings file from this location:

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

This should resolve the problem.

i've got the same problem, tried to delete that folder but didn't fix the issue.
