Tactics Not Saving!?

Did anyone find a solution? I reinstalled the game on my PS5, worked for some time, but then back again. When I try to edit any of the tactics, it only shows the Team's default one. And when I make changes they are not saved. completely ruins our ability to play. is there any way to raise this as a complaint? Maybe they watch their twitter handle?

I solved the issue with tactics not saving (PC):

I read a comment in another thread where a user playing on PS5 (I think) mentioned that they solved the issue by simply switching the controller.

So, I tried it on PC, as I usually play with a gamepad.

Here’s what worked for me:

1. Disconnect the gamepad while the game is open.
2. Modify or edit any of the tactics, or create a new one (make sure to also try modifying the tactic and player instructions).
3. Click save.
4. If it works, quit the game.
5. Before reopening the game, reconnect the gamepad.
6. Open the game again.

If you try reconnecting the gamepad without closing and reopening the game, the gamepad will only work in the menu and not in the game.

Not good at all. No point in playing the game if it’s broken. How do you report this to EA ?

Yes, they have had 6 updates on them but not done anything. Instead, they add new player roles that we can't even use.

It’s a serious error and needs some attention. Easy fix with a update.
