The ability to change time for each half is missing

Hi, I just logged on to EA FC 25 and went into my settings and the setting for changing the length of each half played is missing. I have no idea if this is a bug or something that EA has done on purpose. If it is a bug, is it going to be fixed and when? I am seeing this via my Xbox Series X.
