THE GAME CRASHES AND SHUTS DOWN WHEN SCORING A GOAL, FC25

I have noticed that game crashes when I score a goal, either the wrong player card is loaded or recently no player card loads (showing goal scorer). It's wild that this happens and words like, "It's your connection" are all we have. It isn't my connection. The game is trash. It needs to be fixed. This is my last EA FC.

Just lost two in a row because of this. Chat told me to post here and the more that post we may get help

again, after the previous post i went to have a rest cuz i was tilted from the bug, first game after coming back, it delivers me the same bug, thanks for reviewing the posts

it happens to me for almost a week now, i reinstalled windows twice,even downgrading to windows 10,and it still crashes when i play career mode,especially when im in match.Tried reinstalling the game,veryfing the game files,idk whats wrong,didnt find any fix idk what to do but if i find something helpful ill let u know
