When I play Clubs after a match every time it says failed to get online information please try again. The only solution I've found was to fully restart the game every time. I've tried to verify and reinstall but nothing has worked.
I am forced to close the EA FC 25 application everytime I finifh a pro clubs 11v11 match. I never has this problem in rush or in a Drop-ins game. It only happens in games where I play with my club. Once the match is done, selecting "next matxh" freezes my game. The background animations play normally but I am unable to make any other menu selection sor leave the screen. If I select "quit match " then the green FC triangle appears at the bottom and I am in an endless loading screen. The only way for me to get back into the pro clubs lobby is by completely closing my application and re-launching. This happens after EVERY GAME. I even recently wiped my computer for maintenance and reinstalled everything and the problem still persists.

I am experiencing an issue while playing Pro clubs on fifa 25 on my Playstation 5. During the first leauge match, everyting works perfectly. However, after the match ends, I am unable to replay the match or re-enter the lobby. Instead, I receive the following error message:
"There was a problem with your online information. Please try again"
This issue does not occur when i play solo in Pro clubs using Rush or Fast match modes.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

The only thing I can do to resolve this error is to restart the game, and having to do this every time is really frustrating.
This happens to me without exception after every league match.
The same problem also applies to computers.
Just wanted to bump this. appers to be a known issue. I even bought the game on PS5 and same issue accross both platforms. I am going to assume its a network setting we need to change in our routers unless they put out a fix

I play FC25 Clubs on PC and this message comes after every **** match and im so tired of it
I have to reset my game every single match. It takes me 3 to 5 min every time i start the game so if i want play few matches it will take 30 min just be restarting the game....
!!! I tried everything but nothing works !!!
