the gamre refuse to lunch

the game refuse to lunch, even when i restart my pc, and when it finally lunch it freeze and i have to ALT F4 to close the game and try to lunch it again, i have a 3080 ryzen 5 5800x, i only have this problem with fc 25 and EA launcher, when EA app is open my pc lag, and when i close it everything is smooth, so its not only the game but the launcher too cause lag to my pc, i unninstalled the app and the game and the problem didnt change, it was like that even before the patch but after the patch its even worst, i already did all manipulation, lowing graphic, changing nvidia control panel setting, updated my driver, changing setting in game nothing worked, i contacted alot of time client chat no one helped me, can i get help to play the game i payed for ?
