Does anyone know what to do when this message shows on FC25 on a Nintendo Switch? Thanks

Hey CharlieSCR7,
Does anything in particular happen shortly before you get this error? ie. Does it show up when you try to sell a player, during matches, etc etc.
I cant login at all or play at all. This message shows up immediately

I'd recommend following the steps from the Nintendo website. Hopefully they'll solve the problem for you.
No nothing, I click to go into my profile and this is what comes onto the next screen
