I played club mode and finished the match. It showed this message and the game return to the main menu. I didn't level up.

Yes same here in Club mode, plus error after every game when we finally could start playing. Really annoying and game breaking.
And it is an old issue , the situation is still the same and the problem persists. Disgraceful company.
