there was a problem getting your online information eafc 25
Please fix this problem now. I am so tired of quitting every 2 matches. MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAVE THIS PROBLEM. XBOX, PS5, COMPUTER IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE.

- Summary of the Issue: When I play a professional club (friendly) match, it is impossible for me to return to the match sheet at the end of the match in order to restart a friendly match. I have to restart my game to be able to play with my friends again.
- Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): All time since the game was released
- When does the error occur: There was a problem extracting your information online. Please try againEverybody knows this issue. Just trying to put more pressure on the mods and EA. 4 months later and I still have to restart my game after every Pro Clubs match. Pro Clubs is the only mode I play too. If I play for 1 hr, my friends are waiting 20 minutes for me. This is honestly disgusting the way that this issue has been handled. Acknowledge this issue in some way. I don't even care if you guys are like, "SORRY, WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE, WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR." I would honestly respect that response more than the way you guys have handled this.
EAFC26 is gonna release before this stupid bug is fixed
at this point im wondering what's the point of this community stuff if not all problems are gonna get adressed, i wonder if THERE IS A REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR SOME WAY TO CONTACT THE DEVS ABOUT GAME RUINING BUGSI saw that there was multiple questions about this. But, im still facing the same issue's, I checked everything, internet, drivers, every single thing. Still cannot play pro clubs. Any solutions? This issue is present on PC
- @2apur 100% it's a game breaking issue, probably the last FC game I purchase on PC the support is terrible.
