“I have a problem: whenever I try to join Pro Clubs, I get in but am immediately kicked out with the message, ‘There was a problem getting your online information. Please try again.’ This first happened after finishing a match. When we tried to start a new one, we were all kicked out of EA FC, and since then, I’ve been experiencing this issue.”
Any clue to why this is happening?
I think that the problem is that when I got kicked out of the game the game was not done processing because I was leaving that game and starting a new one and then it crashed so maybe it gets an error every time I start pro clubs because it doesn’t know what to do with the game
