Thank you for resolving the login issue with the clubs. However, we're experiencing another issue related to last season's rewards and playoffs. Our club finished in the Elite Division, but as soon as the playoffs began, our division was incorrectly displayed as Division 5. This change should only happen after the playoffs are complete.
Due to this issue, our club received Division 5 rewards instead of Elite Division rewards. As a top 5% club, we should have received 4.2 million fans, but we only got 42,000. We would appreciate it if you could provide the correct rewards.
