How solve this?

Why has my clubs account gone missing.
Any updates??? It’s not working for anyone on old gen and apprently it’s been like this all day. Please fix it, most people only have a few hours to play and its really annoying to not even get updates on when it will be fixed

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just by pressing clubs on the menu
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try logging into clubs, it says ‘There was a problem getting online information’ and I don’t know what to do
What should be happening instead? I should just be able to log into clubs

Same for me. Still not working. I have got 3 old gen friends and they couldnt enter clubs either. Fix this issue or give my money back, cause i am only playing pro clubs.
I reckon it’s an issue in relation to the D5 bug for playoffs. Did EA ever say what was going to happen with rewards or anything about that bug?
Same is happening for us. Is there anything we could do? Or do we just have to wait?
