This EA account is restricted from accsesing any online feature problem?

Hi,it s been a long time from when i could play fifa on my account and enjoy this game,i have this error since 5 december,someone else with this problem?

This EA Account was restricted from accsesing any oline feature!

Can you please do something about it,it s already very stresful

If you guys are not seeing an email regarding a ban, there is likely some other account issue at play.

For this we need you to contact our Advisors as they have access to your account.

Check your email for info on a possible ban.

@EA_Barry I don t have a ban,and neither the problem with the internet connection,it s a problem from you,can t you see that a lot of players have this

I'm having the same issue and i am not banned. Several others also have reported this. Can you please fix this?

what issue,a lot of players have this problem,what kind of issue can be,it s annyoing that managers from you told me they will solve the problem but it s still the same

I am not able to connect with ea server in FC25
