Too many computer have accessed this account fc 25 Pc

Hi, I traveled yesterday to different country I used to play on pc and my laptop so I took my laptop with me .. there was a lot of stuttering so I did graphic card update after that the game is self won’t lunch so I did a lot things nothing works then I did installed a new windows 

When I tried to log in and lunch says “too many computers have accessed this account version of ea sport “ now I want to play and I can’t do anything I want to play champs 

1- I did changed my password 

2- untrust all my devices 

nothing works
