Too many computers have accessed this account’s version of [game name] recently.

I needs help! I haven't been able to play since last night, I'm faced with this error that says my account is being used by multiple computers when in reality that's not true! I opened 4 support chat...

If you get a message that says: Too many computers have accessed this account’s version of [game name] recently. Please try again later.

This is because you can only install your game on up to five computers per 24-hour period, as mentioned in our Terms of Service.

Here are some things that can count as a new computer:

using a different computer
changing the hardware in your current computer
using a virtual machine
using a cloud gaming service.
It can take up to 24 hours for you to be able to relaunch the game.
