TOTY Evo Star IV: missing!

Did anyone see my TOTY Evo Star IV? It's been missing since forever.

The objective group "TOTY Cup" expired while I was rushing my 15th (and last) victory. I got all the rewards except the Evo.

Unfortunately the only thing Support can tell me is that «It's a known issue affecting many players», but they can do nothing to really help.

I spent hundred hours and euros on the game and now I can't get this single evo and nobody can tell me if I will get it when the "known issue" will be fixed or not. I feel so disappointed!

I would also pay for that Evo, just to complete the whole path - apparently EA cares more about wallets than Users, but their Support won't help me...

Please help, I just want a stupid, stupid evolution on my account because of my OCD.
