Tv better then Monitor

Hi guys, can anyone explain this to me?

I play on a monitor and I always thought it was the connection that made it feel a bit spongy, or that you could barely control the l2 r2 defense.

I just played on the TV in the living room and it's a big difference. R1 dribbling is much better the way you control it l2 r2 better 

Why? The monitor is an Asus Tuf vg249qm1a, it should work normally.
