Twice disconnected from my rtg account on Xbox why ea??

Hello,

I was disconnected twice during FUT Champions matches today on Xbox. My connection was stable — no internet issues on my side. Both times I got kicked and it counted as a loss.

Please investigate this and let me know if the losses can be reversed or how to avoid further disconnections.
