Ultimate Team crashing on open
Hi,
Ive been experiencing an issue for the last 3 days where I’m unable to open UT because the game crashes each time I try with no warning/messages.
I’m playing on Xbox Series S.
I tried everything suggested in this message I got from the @EAHelp bot, i.e.:

Nothing worked, apparently I can’t open the game on my current main profile. The only time it actually opened UT was when I tried using another Xbox profile (which doesn’t have any UT history).
I assumed it was my main profile’s files corrupted and tried removing/re-adding my main profile from Xbox, deleting all files stored in either locally on my Xbox or on EA servers and I still can’t open UT on my main profile without it crashing, is there anything else I can do?

Log from the Web/Companion App
Navigate to Squads
Delete the active Squad and create a brand new squad.
Log out of the Web/Companion App
Attempt to log into Ultimate Team
Verify that this time the game does not crash on boot, and the error is not returned.”
