Unable to access XP season or the companion/web app

I am no longer able to access the in game season as it says it's unavailable. I've closed the game, switched accounts and everything under the sun but it won't work. I also can't access the companion app or the web app at all and it says that that's unavailable too.  I've cleared my cache, deleted my history and even revoked login permissions via account security to try again and to no avail. I'm begging for assistance at this point as I have enough XP for the final rewards (I have the premium pass) and I can't unlock it.  I am playing the xbox series X/S through Xbox Gamepass and streaming it as i do not have a console to play it on.
