Unable to connect to EA server

Hey @Froggie14 Please confirm the platform you are using and your connection type. Additionally, could you share a screenshot of the error message you are receiving?

Playing on PS5, wired Internet and this is the error message that I have had since Thursday last week

Thank you for the information. I couldn't confirm any issues with the servers at the moment. Have you checked with your ISP to see if they are experiencing any network problems? Additionally, can you test your account using a different network? You might consider using a mobile hotspot for testing purposes.
