Unable to Connect to EA Servers for FC, but works fine on College Football

I have run into an issue on Xbox Series X this evening where I am unable to connect to the EA servers on FC 25, but CFB works just fine.  My account is not banned and I have tried all troubleshootin...

Hey @MaximumFriends, Please give the following steps a try to help resync everything again. 

  1. Perform a power cycle. 
  2. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles) 
  3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot. 
  4. If you're using an external hard drive reinstall the game on the internal storage. 
  5. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games 
  6. Open you're Xbox NAT Type 
  7. Clear the MAC Address. 
    • Spoiler
      • From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings. 
      • Go to Network, then Network Settings. 
      • Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address. 
      • Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.

    Thank you @EA_Pulsar ,

    I have attempted all of the following and still receive the message "EA Servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later." For kicks, I booted up FC 24 and was able to connect immediately, just like CFB 25. Interestingly, this lack of connection is only happening on FC 25.

        I am having the exact same problem. Fc24 and CFB25 work completely fine. Can’t connect to EAFC25

    The only way I’m able to get in is when I run a hot spot off my phone.

    although this does get me into UT, the gameplay is unplayable because… it’s a hotspot off my phone 

    hopefully that helps troubleshoot a little

    Hi @EA_Pulsar , are you able to confirm if this issue is recognized? It seems many users (especially on Xbox?) are seeing this issue but it's slightly concerning that all the status reports show green checks. 

    Is the problem being investigated and/or fixed?
