Unable to Connect To Ultimate Team

Whenever I attempt to open Ultimate team this error message appears; "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu".

It then kicks me back to the main menu, I have rebooted router, reinstalled game, power cycled Console.

I have attempted to open companion app and Web app to attempt the squad fix and they both claim I am signed into another device despite not being able to access the game.
