Unable to launch FC25 - SL_MoreThanOneDevicePopup

Unable to launch FC25 on ps5, I get the message "SL_MoreThanOneDevicePopup" every time

It’s actually the save, I deleted the save and the game is working so far, I think until EA fixs the saving bug it’s the only way to play

Do u just have that when u start the game? Or any particular event or instance?

Mine was when i go out main menu and close the game (because i lost an important final wanting to replay). Come back, it has the problem.

No, I just closed the game normally by quitting career mode and then closing the game normally.

When I restarted the game the next day it was broken.

I didn't do anything that would break the game.

@Maks_Y7 I have the same issue. The game doesn't start again. How can we play a game with not knowing if this issue is going to happen again? Do we have to loose savings all the time?

@GRICIO Yes, you need to delete all FC25 saves on the PS5 to fix the problem
I don't know if the bug can come back, we'd have to contact EA about it so they can do an update.

@Maks_Y7 I've spent 1 hour with them on a chat. Technical team and users help desk doesn't talk to each other. They told me were going to open a ticket to trying to fix the issue but I doubt is going to happen.

@gricio41 The bug has been around for several years, so there's a good chance they won't do anything about it.
But it's always better to try.

I’m going through same issue. I paid for early release got max two days and then stopped working with this error message. Cant get my money back because it’s a digital download and I’ve played it. I feel like I’ve been sold faulty goods and I’m being told basically I have to accept it. Seems like fraud to me.
