Do u just have that when u start the game? Or any particular event or instance?
Mine was when i go out main menu and close the game (because i lost an important final wanting to replay). Come back, it has the problem.

No, I just closed the game normally by quitting career mode and then closing the game normally.
When I restarted the game the next day it was broken.
I didn't do anything that would break the game.

I’m going through same issue. I paid for early release got max two days and then stopped working with this error message. Cant get my money back because it’s a digital download and I’ve played it. I feel like I’ve been sold faulty goods and I’m being told basically I have to accept it. Seems like fraud to me.
