Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game doesn't start!

- @danlombardi407_ I have the same issue: I restarted the game this morning and is not working anymore (yesterday was fine). I tried different things but nothing worked. I wouldn't like to delete my savings! How did you do it? Do you have to delete all the savings for FC25 or all games savings are going to be deleted?
Thank you! - @Maks_Y7 I have the same issue. The game doesn't start again. How can we play a game with not knowing if this issue is going to happen again? Do we have to loose savings all the time?
@GRICIO Yes, you need to delete all FC25 saves on the PS5 to fix the problem
I don't know if the bug can come back, we'd have to contact EA about it so they can do an update.
- @Maks_Y7 I've spent 1 hour with them on a chat. Technical team and users help desk doesn't talk to each other. They told me were going to open a ticket to trying to fix the issue but I doubt is going to happen.

@gricio41 The bug has been around for several years, so there's a good chance they won't do anything about it.
But it's always better to try.
This is a joke, same thing on my side. I rebuilt the database to no success. Now deleted and re- downloaded the game. EA this is a joke we are paying for broken games we cannot even play.
When I try to open the game, this message appears and I can’t play. I already tried to redownload the game and reset cache
