Unable to pause the game EA FC 25

I can't pause the game.

I'm playing career mode and every once in a while I'm unable to pause the match. 

Where's my refund? This game is not worth the money. When simple button functions disappear on a regular basis.

Where can I get a refund?

Last week the game crashed after 20min every time. Now I can't pause the games. 

The career mode is full of bugs, poor design and poor functionality/efficiency. It's made in a lazy way where you can feel the way EA don't care one bit. It's all about the money and UT. 

Fair enough, you do as you like. 

But please..... make a game that works. 

Any game where you are supposed to be able to pause, but often can't, just because, is a 1 star game. No it's not worthy of rating. It's not a game. It's a broken idea.
