EA FC25 Standard edition, Online feature doesn´t work for my son. Hi is 13 years old and when the game is started there will be this text: Online service is disabled on your account for Playstation network due to parental control restrictions. Everything is ok according to the EA support team, does anyone else know the solution on this problem? On PS4 settings everything has been checked and allowed, still it isn´t working?
I contacted Playstation support team, they told me that the online feature won´t work because child has underage account (on PS4). Players age/account must be 18+, only then Online feature works. Such a waste of money! PSN won´t refund money, because the game is already downloaded and started!
