Unable to purchasee the game because i already own it... but dont

Unable to purchase the game

Tried purchasing the game on Friday and upon completing the purchase there was an error that popped up quickly and closed.

I have checked my Paypal, and the payment went through and the money left my account however EA are saying they didnt receive it. When looking in my Account order history the status is Processing stating "We've billed you for your order but some items may not have been delivered yet".

Annoyed i requested a refund. However both EA and paypal are blaming each other. Paypal assure me the money has been sent and EA are saying they havent received it.

Reluctantly i paid for the EA play to play for 10 hours. This has now run out and now i have no options to purchase the game, on the Ea app i have no 

option to purchase the game as it says i already own it and its in my library. when i try to download the game its the trial game which has no time left. so i uninstall, go to purchase the game and have no options to purchase it again. I have been on with EA live chat and was told to try again however i wasnt on my personal pc at the time.

Long story short, Ea think i own the game but dont and claim they've not received payment. But if thats true why would they not give me the option to purchase it again? im effectively locked out unable to purchase the game, and have paid £80 for the privilege
