VK Play Cloud support told me that "All the games presented above have a built-in anti-cheat that prevents them from running on virtual machines, i.e. in the cloud." But there is no way I can change anything in the settings of the cloud gaming virtual PC, including what was written above and the installation of cheats, etc.
Maybe I can somehow write to the game developers to find a joint solution to this problem?
