Hi, I'm trying to play EA FC 25 on xbox one and everytime I start the game the "personal settings 1 unable to save" or smthg like that, I don't know what to do.
I already use 2 other accounts to log in and had the same problem.
I already reinstalled the game and do the delete profile files in the menus.
I don't know what I could do, any other year the game was perfect, but know I don't know if wait for an update or what.

Well, I tried a complete factory reset and it worked. I deleted everything—games, profiles, everything. This was the first game I downloaded, and at launch, everything seemed fine. It’s still fine after two days without any problems. If you have the same issue and can’t fix it with the factory reset, maybe you should consider getting a new console, unfortunately.
