Unable to turn off player indicators

I don’t know why player indicators have suddenly appeared since the title update, it’s the ones that tell you what buttons to press to pass and tackle etc but I can’t turn them off and it’s really annoying. Happening in rush and in squad battles etc, anyone know how to sort this please?
