I'm trying to update an EA Sports app on my PlayStation, but I keep getting HTTP Status Code 403 and PS error code CE-40869-7.
The update won't proceed. I’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps provided by Sony, but the issue still persists.
Could you please help me resolve this?

Same!! Got back from work to find FC25 update 1.26, update refused to download, rebuilt database, logged out of ps4, cleared cache, but nothing worked. Decided to uninstall FC25 to try and reinstall it and now they won't even let me reinstall the game

Same issue as the others here. Did the reboot of ps4, network routers, tried on 3 ISPs, rebuilt database, uninstalled the game. Same error now when trying to reinstall
