I got banned for cheating but I never cheated in any way. It says that I got the ban on the 10th of May but I was nt even home, I was on a holiday in greece. I contested the ban, how long will it tak...

Hi there. It usually takes a few business days to get a response from Terms of Service. They'll send an email when the investigation completes.

    OMG a full week and not even an answer. I can't even see how long they ban me and thing is I did nt even cheated I any way. Idk where they got the idea that I did... well that's going to be my last fifa game ever....
