Unjust Ban and Lack of Response to My Appeal

Dear EA Support Team,

On November 11th, I purchased EA FC 25 and played it for only 2 hours on that day. During this time, I played several Ultimate Team matches, experiencing wins, losses, and even a match where I conceded 7 goals. However, the next day, I received an email informing me that I was banned for "cheating."

On the same day, I submitted an appeal by opening a case. While the case is updated daily, I have not received any response so far. I am now waiting with an unjust ban in place.

Dear EA employees, accessing a game might be simple for you, but some individuals save money for a long time to purchase these games. Not only have I been unfairly banned, but it has also been 6 days without receiving any form of reply to my appeal.

What do I need to do to ensure some action is taken?

  • @quartodabrux It can take ten days for a response and even then depending on how busy they are even longer. That’s taken from the help page. So all you can do is wait only you and ea would know what happened.
