Unjust Ban and No Help from EA Support

Question

Hi,About three months ago, my EA FC 25 account (souloffire17) was unfairly banned. Since then, I have contacted EA Help multiple times to appeal, but I have received no resolution. I keep getting generic responses, and my issue remains unresolved.I strongly believe that I have played the game fairly and request a thorough review of my account. Has anyone else experienced an unfair ban with no solution? I hope the officials can address this issue.Thanks.

I have tried this solution multiple times, but I did not receive a response. I guess the automated message keeps giving the same reply.
