Unjustified Ban on PC – No Details or Appeal Option

Hi everyone,

I was recently banned from EA SPORTS FC 25 (PC) for allegedly violating the Terms of Service. However, I never received any clear explanation or details about what rule I supposedly broke. This is my first infraction, and I've always played fair, especially in Ultimate Team.

I submitted an appeal to the TOS team, but they closed the case saying the ban was “not an error,” without telling me if it's temporary or permanent.

Has anyone else gone through this? Is there any way to escalate it? I feel completely ignored by support.
