Untradable item stuck in Won Items

A few days ago there were server issues, particularly affecting the mobile companion app and the marketplace. During this time I won a manager item with a bid. The item is now listed as untradable. I've tried everything; trying to advance it on xbox just gives an error that says it cannot connect to ultimate team and returns me to the main screen (of ultimate team), in the companion app on pc and phone I have tried quick sell, but it gives an error that it can't be sold, I tried switching it with another the same in the club, this doesn't show an error, but nothing happens. I tried send to club, with no other duplicate in the club, and this gives no error, but it doesn't move. I tried sending it to the active club aswell, but nothing. It's been there for days.
