update driver
FC 25 keeps requiring me to update my driver even when it has been updated to the last driver available... and when it asks me to ignore and i do i closes down and doesn't load up... it just goes off...
I think I see the issue immediately. On the one hand, your drivers are six years old, which is likely why it's saying that they're out of date.
But beyond that, FC 25 has a minimum requirement of a Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti. You're running a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670MX, which is significantly weaker. As such, you're not meeting the minumum requiremnts for the game, which is why it isn't launching.
Unfortunately there isn't much I can recommend other than updating your hardware.
