update on investergation about missing icon make good

On my other account I spent 50£ on a pack in netherlands language where it said I'd get an icon, but I got a hero instead. Some have got compensation but others have not. The only solution is to either give the FC-points/Coins back or give out what was promised.

My question is how the investigation about this missing icon compensation going? I’ve not seen or heard anything from EA about this for days?
