Urgent) FUT25 is stuck on the starting loading screen endlessly.

EAFC 25 FUT PS5: FUT was working fine until yesterday but all of a sudden, I am endlessly stuck on the FUT Start Loading Page, which eventually turns out an error message "Connecting to UT is not possible at the moment. Returning to the Main Menu. This error is abrupt and continuing for hours. I have tried most of publicly available solutions without success (e.g. delete & redownloading app, starting and deleting squad via web app, router reset). Read that this may be a Wifi Provider-EA issue; I am based in New York using Honest Wifi. Primary DPS is 192.168.88. Is there a way EA can reset my account or settings?
