URGENT! Login says "failed to load"... OK to delete and refresh?

Hey I just reinstalled a fresh copy of Win 11 on a new PC, installed the game and when it loaded up the file name said "1" which isn't what mine was, and the time and date, instead of it being the last logout, it was the current time.

I clicked it and it said "failed to load" with a retry button and a cancel button. That's it.

I'm stuck there and I'm afraid to delete that file, I have tried repairs, reboots, reinstalls, relogins,

I tried EA Live Chat and they didn't understand me and told me to delete my saved game profiles (in menu profiles) and I tried to explain the difference and they said contact Microsoft. :/

I logged into Companion App and my acct is fine there, so it's not lost...

Is it ok to delete that main account login at the beginning on PC and try to have the game refresh it?
