Virtual controller error

i use DS4 windows to connect my ps4 cnotroller to my pc to play fc25 however this error comes, how do i solvve this? if i cant use softwares like ds4 windows what is an alternative that i can use to...

      Yes, via Bluetooth but the main point is not using DS4.
