VISIBLE DESKTOP BEHIND GAME WINDOW

My desktop is visible through the game window. I can see my desktop icons, taskbar, etc. Please see the attached photo. The weird thing is, when I take a screenshot of it, the desktop doesn’t show up in the screenshot. Also, my second monitor becomes extremely laggy after starting the game, and everything feels very unoptimized overall.
