As dedicated players of EA games in Turkey, we would like to bring an important issue to your attention regarding the in-game experience, specifically related to ping and connection stability.

Currently, players in Turkey are experiencing high ping rates, with even the best connections rarely achieving below 40 ms, while the majority average between 60-70 ms. These latency issues severely impact the gameplay experience, leading to delayed responses and slower overall performance, which makes it difficult for us to fully enjoy your games.

As a result, many players are finding it frustrating to continue playing, and we are concerned that this issue is causing a decline in player engagement and retention. We believe that establishing local server infrastructure in Turkey could significantly improve the gaming experience and help retain and grow your player base in the region.
