ive been playing for the last couple days ive looked at what i need to do i have logged into the web app every calander day and have played alteast 20 matched a day and have played 3 in every gamemod...

Please see this page or the link in your screenshot for more information on getting the transfer market unlocked in the web/mobile app.
Access to the transfer market cannot be granted manually, so as long as your account is otherwise eligible, you'll just need to continue playing and completing full matches and logging into the web app until that's automatically enabled.
