Why can't I connect to the EA servers and why didn't I take my reward in the obj

Everytime for the last 2 days I try to login to ultimate team it obviously wants me to connect to the EA servers but it gives me the following,"In order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to Playstation tm Network and you must be signed in to the EA servers.See ea.com/unable-to-connect" and I didn't take my first season 6 weakly play objective rewards which is the fut birthday guarantee pack please help as fast as you can I need to play the champions Finals
