Why does my save file on ea fc 25 fail to load

I saved a player career mode with the name "max Kruger" (the players name) then the next day when i tried to play this career mode save it said "max Kruger failed to load" and i kept trying to reset it but i couldn't manage to play and it happens with every save file i have in ea fc 25
