Windows10 / FC25 & Fifa24 - SpeedLag LOW FPS Freez AFK RUSH - SOLUTION
[PC] BUG Resolved / Speedlag / Freez / Loss of FPS / AFK players in RUSH
You play, everything is normal, but in the middle of the game, you lose a lot of FPS, your game freezes (slows down) and your player therefore finds himself AFK in the game (your teammates see you AFK or blocked moving in one direction).
This bug can happen to you once per match or more.
Here's the problem, when this bug appears, the writing speed of your hard drive is at maximum for a minute or more (100% speed).
You can have confirmation by looking at the task manager (ctrl + alt + del) in the performance tab when the bug is active.

This problem is because of the temporary files, I don't know on Windows 10 what leads to this but here is the solution, you go to the windows variables, replace the writing of all your temporary files (by default on your main disk C🙂 by your secondary hard disk or USB key (by default D🙂 so replace C:\ everywhere with D:\ (with your disk or key connected via USB), yes save, restart Windows 10 then unplug your D:\ usb key and this problem should not come back.
