Winter wildcard bugged

I packed sophia smith winter wildcard from 83*10 her striker card and she us untradeable what do i do she is supposed to have two playstyle pluses

    @4273s8dnzgtk Check in-game. The app sometimes has visual glitches where it does not show proper playstyles or skill moves etc.
